Strong March! Early rises every single day, 7 , 7:30 starts every single day, felt amazing to have finished work at 4:30 instead of the usual 6.
I ain’t afraid of no sleep
My bed frame arrived and I spent the morning building it. It was pretty simple to put together but I am disappointed some of the holes were not drilled properly. It was nearly £300 so having the pilot holes be at least an inch of leaving me with a wonky head board is a bit of a pisstake, but functionally it's completely fine and if I don't think about it I’ll survive.
Workbench
I finally made the workbench, it looks far better than the last one. Each time I make something it looks drastically better than the last one. I’m looking forward to creating a little side table for the table saw, and then finally making some big works.
Reintegrating into society
I went out to a friend's birthday and had a lovely time. I met a few nice people and swallowed the fear of socialising. I added them on social media and got invited to a nice outing at a pub in town, where I also met an old friend who I hadn’t seen in a while. A slight clash of personalities but otherwise it was lovely and I’m seeing them again next week.
Finished Scale
Okay it's not done done, but I finished the foundation of it, the rules, the ability checks, the combat, it looks really good and I'm excited to run it on Tuesday for my friends. Scale has been in development for quite some time and it is a little unbelievable that it seems so complete? Even with so much left to do. Funny too how simple it seems now, but how difficult it was to get it to be so simple in the first place.
